Picked at sign-time

Most blockchains hard-code one curve forever — locking in their threat model. On ATSHI, the curve is a transaction field. A wallet can pay with Ed25519, sign a multisig with BLS12-381, and prepare a high-value transfer with Falcon-512 — in the same block.
